Hi,
I`m not sure which to chose. What are the main defferences between Spector Pro and eBlaster.Which would you recomment if "Real Time Notifiying" is
not nessesary.I usually would prefer Refog, because its in German but Refog isn`t able right now to recort Skype Chats above Vers.4.1.How about Spector/eBlaster.Will eBlaster/Spector record simulanously made Chat conversations ??.Means if the observed person chats with some people at the same time. Will start the recording mode before Login ??.I`m a little bit unexperienced in the thematic. Thanks in advance for answering..

regards

W.Peters

P.S If I purchase Spector Pro and eBlaster bundled, are they two seperate programs ??

Hello Wolfe,

Thank you for your questions!

With Spector Pro, you must physically be at the machine you are monitoring, or be on a common network with file sharing enabled between the machines.
With eBlaster, the reports are sent to you via email, so you can access eBlaster reports via any computer you can access your email on. Also, Spector Pro (locally on the machine) gives you full screen snap shots, whereas eBlaster (remote) is a text only report with no pictures....

Yes, it will record multiple chat/IM conversations and distinguish them all. It will record them if they are simultaneous as well.

Yes, Spector Pro and eBlaster are separate programs. Most people decide to purchase BOTH Spector Professional and eBlaster, so that they get the monitor reports sent via email from eBlaster. Then, if they see something that needs further investigation, they find a convenient time to go to the monitored machine, and dig a bit deeper with the full screen snap shots of Spector Pro. I can get you a discount on both products.
