Re-install And Computer Hangs Up

I had installed eblaster on my laptop last year and it was working fine. Suddenly I stopped receiving reports, so I tried to re-install. I put the CD in the drive and it starts the installation process and then it just stops. Could someone tell me what could be causing this problem? Could someone could have put some kind of block on my computer to keep this from installing?

Hello Pam,

Thank you for your question. Our current versions are not detected by antivirus or antispyware, so that is not the problem. Have you changed your operating system? It may be easier to call me if you get a chance, or tech support at 888-598-2788.

No I haven't changed anything. I just want re-install.

Pam,

It could be an issue with the version of the program you are using. Which version of the product are you attempting to install?
